5. Data retention

Data collected by IMAGINE LA MAISON is retained only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in section 3:

  • Prospects: 3 years from the last contact in current archives. No intermediate archiving is performed.
  • Customers and orders: 5 years in current archives from the end of order use, then 5 years in intermediate archives.
  • Bank details: validity period of the bank card (plus one day). No intermediate archiving is performed.
  • Cookies: detailed duration in section 7 of these TOU.

Data subject to legal, accounting, or tax obligations may be retained beyond these periods, in accordance with applicable prescription rules.

6. Exercising your rights

6.1 Right of access, modification, and rectification

You have the right to request access, modification, and rectification of your data at any time.

6.2 Right to restriction of processing
