We place great importance on processing your orders quickly. The majority of orders are processed within 12 hours of their confirmation.
For any cancellation request: please contact us as soon as possible at contact@imaginelamaison.com, indicating your order number. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to cancel it — it will then be treated as a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your delivery address before confirming your order. In case of an error on your part, please contact us quickly at contact@imaginelamaison.com — a modification is only possible if the order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for the consequences of an incorrect address provided by the Customer, nor for refused or undeliverable packages (incomplete address, inaccessible, mailbox too small, etc.).
If your package is returned to us due to an address error on your part, two options will be offered to you:

Legal Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, any consumer residing in the European Union has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without charges or penalties (excluding return shipping costs).
